Calf Stretches

Part of my training has been with a very gifted Physio who explained a lot of lower back pain can be caused by tight calf muscles. If you think of the body as an interlinked chain, then this makes perfect sense. Regular practice of our Positive Pilates calf stretch will go a way to releasing off those muscles and help keep you flexible and pain free.
