Pilates One-to-One Lessons

Everybody is unique and every body is unique! Enjoy all the benefits of Positive Pilates in our studio with a course of one-to-one lessons. Ideal if you have specific goals or issues to overcome, if you want to increase your skills before joining a group class or if you simply require extra motivation that a one-on-one session provides.

How much?

Please contact me to book or to discuss your one-to-one requirements and pricing. Payment can be by direct debit (using GoCardless) or by card. For a small additional charge I can teach a maximum of two people per 1-2-1 session.

I am also happy to teach small private groups, for instance colleagues from an office. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.

What is included?

One hour with Bev Grant, fully qualified Pilates instructor including intrinsic biomecahnics techniques (where applicable). The first session includes a full and detailed Posture Analysis so I can tailor a class plan to your individual requirements. This takes an extra half-hour, so your first session will be that bit longer than the subsequent ones.

Also included is loan of mat and of any additional equipment required including foam blocks, elastic resistance bands, strength balls and inflatable conditioning ball.

When?

Sessions can be booked for weekday early mornings (from 6.30am) through to late afternoon.

Where?

At my fully equipped studio 53 High Street, Ilfracombe, North Devon EX34 9QB.

What else?

You will also need to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) before you can take part in a lesson. Please click here to fill one in – thank you.
