Our studio has been totally refurbished to provide a light, clean and relaxing space. Our facilities include:

12 5 mat spaces including instructor (we have reduced the spaces to allow you to be two metres apart)

Equipment room for private / one-to-one sessions with Pilates Cadillac, Pilates Reformer, Avalon Chair, Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector

Changing room

Barrè for additional workout

Mats, equipment and water are all provided in classes

Depending on the class we provide bands, blocks, balls, magic circles, trigger pointing equipment and foam rollers

Toilet

Reception area
